Mental health is something that impacts 100% of us. If you have a mind, you have mental health. Unfortunately, we are in the midst of a mental illness epidemic. Too many of us are sick and we aren’t capitalizing on the abundance of resources at our disposal. My favorite is self care. I’m all about natural remedies and finding peace within myself. This talk will share with you some of my favorite ways to deal with health, in combination with medical intervention when necessary, or independently for those who have overcome their mental health challenges. It’s amazing to see how our everyday choices can impact all aspects of our health.
